Shipping policy

HME Customers:
All our products are shipped with UPS. If you have a shipper you prefer or an account you wish to use, please let us know when you order. We can personalize your shipping to your preference. Orders are confirmed the same day (excluding weekends) and are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, many of which are shipped the same day. 

-> Orders $500 and above qualify for free shipping in the continental USA.

OEM Customers:
Our standard shipping terms are EXW (Incoterms). If you have a preferred shipping provider or would like to use your own account, please let us know when placing your order.
