Any product needing to be returned requires an authorization number provided by customer service. Please contact Customer Service at +1-641-351-6400 or info@rolkona.com. All returns must be completed within 30 days of order receipt. 

All our products are shipped with UPS. If you have a shipper you prefer or an account you wish to use, please let us know when you order. We can personalize your shipping to your preference.

Order invoices will be sent to the billing address which will include contracted pricing and shipping/handling charges if applicable.
